TRAINING
Intense training to improve your athletic performance. Through a strategic mix of theoretical and practical sessions, academy participants will become comfortable with the physical and mental aspects of the game both on and off the court.
Group Training
$20
Skills academy (1) one-hour training sessions are formatted to cover all basic basketball skills as well as to hone in on specific basketball skills per individual’s skill level.
Registration training times are currently 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm based on age and skill level.

I offer skills and shooting training sessions year-round for clients of any age and experience level.
It’s a great opportunity for athletes to boost their performance and shooting accuracy with measurable improvements during each session
- Dr. Dish Shooting Machine -
$25
Take advantage of our Dr. Dish All Star Shooting Machine to work on your shot. Our shooting machines allow you to maximize the number of repetitions by rebounding and passing the ball for you! Shoot 500 shots in a 30 minute session!!

GSA was created to empower future leaders through a focus on leadership development, instilling uncompromising work ethic and encouraging the desire to become better daily through basketball skill development.
